WPF Project C# XAML

I'm looking to build a web application using WPF and C# XAML, with the main focus being on user interface design and functionality. This project will require strong expertise with WPF and C# XAML in order to create a user interface that is intuitive and visually appealing. I'm looking for someone who can create a comprehensive user interface that incorporates Avalonia. The user interface design is provided and the functionality requirements is also provided.
