WITSML Store Development with Real-Time/KPI Dashboard

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a WITSML store and a real-time data visualization /KPI/Rig Status dashboard.

Key Requirements:

WITSML Store Development:
- Comply with WITSML 1.4.1
- Use SQL database
- Design and develop complete architecture including:
- Load balancer
- WITSML Instance
- ETP Instance
- Database
- Implement WITSML store management Web UI
- Ensure redundancy for Database and WITSML Instance
- Platform: Python (Java/C#/.NET/XML/JASON are added advantage)
- Previous WITSML experience is mandatory

Dashboard Development:
- Connect with WITSML Store
-Option to connect MQTT
-API Connection
-SAP Interface
- Real-time and historical data monitoring
- KPI algorithm and visualization
-REI (Rig Efficiency Index)Visualization and Report Generation
- Report generation
- Visual elements: Charts, graphs, heatmaps, live data feeds
- Platform: Python (Java/C#/.NET also considered)
- Rig data analysis experience is a plus
