WCF with MTOM Attachment

We have wcf service with XmlSerializerFormat interface, we try to send SOAP request with text/xml header for attachment and we got the below error :
"Content-Transfer-Encoding 'quoted-printable' not supported for binary part. Must be 'binary'"
