I need to migrate a WCF service to a webapi which can connect to a host.
The controllers are from an old project in WCF it must have a constructor, you will not need to implement the logic just make the template for the enpoints. The API must have the same endpoints of the previos project.
The host url will be set from a file setting. The project should take 2 hours to an expert.
