Visual Studio C# GUI development

I'm a senior IT consultant looking for a C# developer to wire up a GUI designed in Visual Studio. The mockup of the GUI is already completed (using Visual Studio form designer) and we need a developer to wire up the functionality. The desktop app will connect to an API, which is completed by our back-end developer. I have attached a screenshot of the main form.

Hours are flexible and part-time.
