Very Simple C# WinForms Desktop Application with Web Listener

Help me get up to speed in C# and Winforms Development in Microsoft Visual Studio. I am a very experienced programmer, but not in C# WinForms. I need an example in C# of how to connect a Web Listener to a GUI in MS Visual Studio, process text and send the result back to the GUI and the Web Listener so that we can submit XML from Postman and see the results in Postman.
I need this completed immediately. For the right programmer, this should take 1 to 2 hours to complete and less than an hour to deliver and make sure I understand it. This is a tiny project, but I am looking for the right C# expert to help me learn what I need for my new job, so I hope there will be future mini-projects like this where I can hire you again.
