I'm looking for developer to create a POC project in C# that works with VISA API
Abilities:
1. Connect to VISA API securely.
2. Save credit card details in VISA servers using their special API for this purpose and get a token string in return.
3. Charge the credit card using the token from the previous section.
This is very small project, no need to design it well. Should be written in Console application.
You will have to open an account in VISA API web site, it is free of charge.
IMPORTANT:
I'm have 0 tolerance against fake bids.

No any negotiation on that.
ANY freelancer that is going to negotiate on the bid will be reported to Freelancer!!
