I’m seeking a skilled Windows application developer to build a lightweight, user-friendly tool that can unpack, allow modification, and repack .upz archive files using MiniZip and zlib compression.

We use .upz files to store compressed configuration data in a proprietary format. These files are compressed using standard MiniZip/zlib methods, and we require a custom tool to facilitate controlled extraction, editing, and re-compression.

• Unpack .upz archive files compressed using zlib/MiniZip.
• Enable third-party editing of extracted text/configuration files.
• Repack modified files into the same .upz structure.
• Preserve the original file structure during repacking.
• Include a drag & drop interface for user convenience.
• Perform file integrity checks before repacking:
• If issues are found, display a warning and allow the user to continue.
• Deliver a clean, unbranded GUI that focuses on ease of use.
