User Validation with Facial Recognition

Project Functionality:
A) Add / Edit a user (First Name. Last Name, Email Address, Phone, Address, City State and Zip, Profile picture)
B) Login Page with Facial Recognition.
C) Landing Page upon login is "Edit My Profile" page where user can change all fields except picture
D) User with Administrator credentials can have access to Add / Edit User page where the administrator can add a new user and take a picture of the new user using a camera connected to computer or on phone
