Use pine script to create trading strategy on tradingview

I believe you can help me create a simple strategy with pine script for me to back test on tradingview.
The strategy works as follows.
- Order entry time 9:01:52
- Trading volume 1 lot
- Stoploss 10 pips and Take profit 20 pips
- Enter an order in the opposite direction from the previous H1 candle, for example buy when H1 is red, sell when H1 is green.
