Urgently looking for sierra chart and ninjatrader programmer!!

Hello, I am contacting you because I am looking for an expert programmer on the Sierra Chart trading platform and the other NinjaTrader platform, a copier who copies my trades executed on Sierra Chart to the NinjaTrader platform with the same TP and same SL, with if possible an execution, as fast as possible!! for if possible entry at the same tick as on Sierra Chart!!

--1--Copy transactions taken on Sierra Chart to NinjaTrader.
--2--immediate execution, very low latency.
--3--same SL and same 3TP with BE update after 1st TP touched, have the same settings as on Sierra Chart.
--4--options include multiple account function!! that if I want to add several NinjaTrader accounts, they receive the transactions sent by Sierra Chart!!
