Upload a csv file using Azure SAS url in C#

Hi, I have created the Azure Storage account and I have the SAS URL, now I want to use this to upload my CSV files into the container I have created, but I am getting different errors. I am using the .Net c# nuget packages. Please if you have done something similar your help is needed. Thank you in advance.
