Upgrade VSTO COM Plugin for Word&Outlook

I'm looking for a professional who can migrate my existing VSTO COM plugin for Word2024 and Outlook 2024. The primary function of this plugin is to provide a custom task pane that has the same functionality as our exsiting plugins for our product.
Our plugin use our product API to integrate with Outlook and Word. In Outlook users can select from a list of contacts in our product and for word our existing plugins open/edit docs, generate templates, save docs to our product's database. The API is robust and we will provide a dev server and instance of our app to test against. We want our existing plugin to be made to work with the new Outlook and Word for 2024 on desktop. Manifest should support office365 and and desktop deployments.
We will require the source code after the project that can be installed and compiled on our local servers and client machines the plugin must work on Office for Mac and Windows.
