Update a custom made ERP

Hello, I'm looking to hire a team of qualified developers to update my custom made ERP system. The updates are mainly new features, meaning the developers would be responsible for designing the features and configuring the code, as well as ensuring its compatibility with the existing system. I do not have any existing documentation to guide the developers, meaning the team would need to create all of the necessary documents from scratch. Furthermore, I have specific technologies and programming languages that must be utilized in order for the project to be successful.
