Update C# WCF Messenger with MySQL DB

I'm looking for someone to update an existing C# WCF Messenger application.
WCF base Messenger is currently used in release mode.
Built using .Net Framework 3.5
I need to get the information stored into a MySQL DB instead of XML files.
The xml files are stored on the server with the service that generates them.
Source code for both Client & Host will be provided.
The messenger works both way through the internet and lan, reason for using WCF & Remoting.
Items to change for Debugging:
1. NetMessenger -> app.config --> Update Local IP for Service (Endpoint Address)
2. NetMessenger -> Main_frm.cs --> Update host ip -> For Server Detection
Access client:
Client\bin\x86\debug\NetMessenger.exe
Access Server:
Host\bin\debug\SimpleSvcHost.exe
