Update Course Navigation Control from an old technology to Telerik TreeView

In this project we are updating the third party control tool that we use to build our Course Navigation, or Course Nav for short. The Course Nav is used by the course author in order to see a tree based visual representation of the course that they are building. It is also interactive and can be used to modify the contents and/or the hierarchy of the course. Every course is made up of modules and screens. Modules can contain other modules and they can also contain screens. The course nav is used to select screens to edit, to move around screens and modules in the course hierarchy, and to select screens and modules as links from within the course. Currently the Course Nav is built out using a custom control built by a company called Component Art. This company no longer exists and the custom control is out-of-date and impossible to update. We are looking to use a control built by Telerik or a more suitable .NET based library. Most of the functionality will be things that have already been built out and just need to be re-implemented using the new control. However, there will be a small amount of functionality that needs to be implemented from scratch.
