Unity developer to help design customized decal projectors in Universal Render Pipeline 15

I'm looking for a skilled Unity developer to help make customizations to the decal projectors that are included in the Universal Render Pipeline (URP) 15 Unity package. It's critical that I find someone with significant experience with the Unity engine URP pipeline and its internal scripts.
