MAP i will provide.
Character i will provide
Weapons i will provide
Animation Pack can be purchased.
VFS i will provide
WILL Give UI DESIGN PACK

Rest would be the developer job.
For Networking he have to use Mirror or Socket IO
For Backend use Nodejs or Firebase

Output i need is
APK, IOS and PC(with steam connected)

This would be an FPS GAME
