C# - URGENT -- A Window based desktop app Interface for Repeated call detection and printing the address with the help of our Caller ID

Here in this project, the developer needs to mainly create a restaurant telephonic order contact information form, for Example street, address, etc., and submit data in the database. When the same user/ restaurant client calls us the call will go through Our pre-developed caller ID API and the application will show all those pre-added information in a pop-up and print.
From our API you will get all information about parameters and for higher details, we will provide you an API document as well. Detailed descriptions and sample interface are attached.
