Twilio call flow with C# console app
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a Twilio call flow and an associated C# project
The outcome of this project is that when starting a console app, the console app will:
1. Prompt for user entry of cell phone
2. Use Twilio API to verify number. API will issue a SMS code.
3. Use Twilio API and provided code to complete the verification of the phone number and add as a validated number
4. Console app will collect phone number to call.
5. Console app will then consume API to make a call:
5a. Call will start recording
5b. Verified number will be called
5c. Outbound call will be made, using the verified phone number as caller ID
5d. Call will add the other
5e. Call will dial outbound number collected in step 4.
6. After the call completes (caller from step 1 hangs up), call recording stops and call is ended.
7. Console app returns the URL of the recorded call.
