Twilio Voice hold music during call transfer

Hello friend, do you think you can help me. I bought a phone on twilio that when they dial that number I give them a personalized message and the idea is to redirect the call, but the problem I have is if there is the possibility of handling waiting time, since if 2 calls come in at the same time only I redirect one and the other hangs up, I would like the second call to be put in a queue until the first call ends so I can answer the second client.
