Truck Tracking System

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a scale line monitoring system that can truck the movement of trucks on a weighbridge. The business is a sand quarry. When the sand-laden truck arrives to be weighed on the scale, the cameras will take a photo of both the plate and the sand inside the dumper of the truck and save them in a desired folder while entering the sand information and plate information from the printer. The system should use multiple fixed cameras mounted at strategic locations to capture real-time footage of the weighbridge. The main purpose of the system is to monitor the production process and detect any defects or leakage. The owner of the project wants to track on the web, too.
