Troubleshoot Web App Loading Issue

I am looking for an expert in MVC C#, familiar with web application loading, . My specific need is to fix the bug of data only populating when the web page gets reloaded only
There is a feature where clicking on a word in my application will display relevant information about that word within the same page, in a grid format. This is working fine.
But it only works when the user reloads the page,

Need you to fix this and make the page work when it first loaded.

There is a page that requires an update, So when a user clicks on a word on the page more details should appear in the info section, as in the attached pic
