C# - Trouble shoot one issue

When my app attempts to retrieve the list of running processes, a 'BUSY ICON' is visible to the user. I want it to operate as a background process without any visible indication to the user. To address this issue, it's important to first understand the purpose and functionality of the app before implementing the necessary adjustments.
