Translate C# code to VB.Net with REST

Hi,

I need to translate some C# code to Vb.net involving REST

What I need to be translated is:

What I am expecting is a source code in VB.net and a working project, that is not only the code should be translated but I am expecting it to run properly, meaning a (fake) transaction can be executed in the test environment which described in the documentation that can be found here (in English) https://www.transbankdevelopers.cl/referencia/webpay
