Training management system with open-Qcat V1.1.0 XML import / export (C#, DevExpress: XAF, XPO)

The project is a training management system. The system needs master data of the training company. As well as courses with different course locations. And must be able to be used for different training companies (client capability), with the same courses but different master data.
The program must also be able to enter all OPENQCAT data.
open-Qcat V1.1.0 must be used as the XML interface. The program must be able to import and export an OPEN-QCAT-XML file.
The program is to be developed under .NET C# with XAF by DevExpress. (https://www.devexpress.com/products/net/application_framework)
XPO from DevExpress should be used for the database. (https://www.devexpress.com/products/net/orm/)
