Trailer Rental Contract Automation Program

I need a Windows-based program for my trailer rental and service company. The program should have two main functions:

Rental Contract Section:
- Allow customers to fill in required information, initials, and signatures.
- Collect customer information: contact details, driver's license info, and insurance details.
- Save contracts to my computer.
- Enable contract searches by customer name.

It just needs to allow customers to fill out the required information, save it to my computer, and let me search for it later.

Trailer Servicing Section (can be integrated or separate):
- Customer input for trailer servicing.
- Collect trailer details, issue descriptions, and service histories.
- I will also need another program or this added as a separate section to the first program that customers can fill out information required for servicing their trailer that they bring to us

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Windows application development.
- Experience with data input forms and signature capture.
- Ability to implement search functionality within the application.
