Trading Sorting System - Binance Futures

This job requires a developer to create a system that is developed in either C# or GO language. The system must have a login screen with SSL authentication and a front end to capture user data.
This data must include a Tradingview user, chosen strategies, risk levels for each strategy, Binance API key and secret.
The user must be able to edit and update their data whenever they want and the app must update the database accordingly. The front end should be as simple as possible with no design needed.
The app must be able to receive webhooks from Tradingview and send them to the Binance API simultaneously for multiple user's Binance API keys. When Tradingview sends triggers for different strategies, the app must be able to identify the users using those strategies and send orders to their Binance accounts, sorting the risk profile they chose.
