C# Trading Library with Breeze API

I'm looking for a developer with proficiency in C# to create a class library project that will be used for fetching real-time as well as historical stock price data, and for executing trades using the Breeze Trading API.
Key Requirements:
- Develop a class library in C# that interfaces with the Breeze Trading API.
- The library should have the capability to fetch historical stock price data.
Ideal Experience:
- Proficiency in C#.
- Familiarity with financial market APIs, particularly Breeze Trading API.
- Experience with stock price data retrieval.
- Previous experience in developing trading systems is a plus.
Trade Order Management:
- The trading system should allow for manual trade order management via an interface within the application.
Please note that while the primary function of the system is fetching historical stock data, being able to implement the trading capabilities is a core requirement.
