Step 1: Create a program/ script that scans the Express, Newsday, and Guardian Online and look for key words/phrases

Step 2: The Program should capture
a) The Authority or entity that Offers the Tender
b) The Description of the Tender
c) The Deadline
d) Site Visit Date
e) Contact info ( Email, Phone, Etc)
f) Project Type

Step 3: The information should Be extrapolated DAILY to an excel spread sheet
(a) When scanning the papers tender tend to repeat for that DAY the software must filter
out repeating tenders for that day.
(b) If the tender repeats for the following for instance it showed up Monday and repeats
Wednesday & Thursday use the DEADLINE DATE as a method to filter it out repeating
tenders
NB ( A tender may change the deadline later on so after its initial posting so we
would want to capture that tender again so its important that the DEADLINE is an
important criterion to consider in this process)

Step 4: The program should generate and populate the spreadsheet daily covering all conditions
specified in step 1-3.

Step 5: The program should Finally AUTO send out emails to any recipients specified daily on
tenders after it generates the information in the spreadsheet.
