Telerik Report CrossTab Report Designing

We have already many reports in telerik Report, now we wanted to work with Cross Tab Report. we are facing some issues. anyone can help us to design this report.

we just wanted to know some points to design this report. we can share our pc to resolve issue. Samples are attached.
