Telegram BOT with whitelist function for group

- We need a telegram bot which can do this
+ Check new user join the group
+ Forbidden him to chat until he verified whitelist (he need to click on a button to chat with BOT to verify)
+ Check the www.xdrake.io/whitelist.txt
+ BOT ask new user to input his whitelist wallet
+ If the wallet is correct from www.xdrake.io/whitelist.txt than that user can start chatting on the group
+ 1 user use 1 wallet only, can not 2 users use same wallet to login
