C# TCP socket data loss fix needed.

Requirment : TCP server need to continueoulsy listen on specific port.
Client : third party application.
Current tcp server code is attached.
tcp server and third party client connected through VPN Tunnel.
Issue: whenever we send request to third party server, third party server will respond back with 1 or 2 results.
if we send only one request we will receive response 7 out of 10 times.
if we send multiple request between 10 sec of interval we receive only 2 - 4 response our of 10 submission.
if we submit 10 or 20 request using our dummy client, back to back without delay to our server all request successfully received at server.
