Synchronize Question Delivery for Multiplayer Quiz

I need a developer to fix an issue on my multiplayer one-question contest website. Currently, players do not receive the question at the same time; they only get it when they click "Start Quiz." The goal is to synchronize the question delivery so all players receive it simultaneously. Every other feature is working fine.
