Support converting webforms to angular/sql/web api project -Fixed Price

I have a simple webforms application I would like help converting to an angular project.
Connecting drop boxes to services and other small aspects I am not familiar with.
Initial milestone for connecting select boxes. Other aspects will be negotiated as needed.
