Student registration

I am not looking for a solution. I want to work with a programmer where Visual Studio is downloaded, and programs are developed in stages. A zip of the program is sent to me checking, verification and acceptance. The idea is to teacher students in a class how to program in Visual Studio 2020 [Web application] using simple easily learnable steps that are excessively commented for easy understandiing. This is a long term arrangement that could lead to a full time employment
