Spreadsheet to ClickUp Conversion & Timelines

I currently manage our entire schedule in a single spreadsheet that only tracks deadlines and due dates. I need that file rebuilt inside ClickUp so the team can rely on real task automation and the client can see progress in a clear Gantt view.

You will:
• Recreate or import every row from the spreadsheet into a well-organised ClickUp Space, Folder and List structure.
• Configure a Timeline/Gantt view that automatically reflects all task dates.
• Highlight three milestones—Project Submission, Review Completion and Final Approval—so they stand out visually and can be filtered easily.
• Enable dependencies and critical-path tracking so any slip is immediately obvious.
• Provide a quick Loom or screen-share walkthrough showing where everything lives and how to update it.

Acceptance criteria: the shared Gantt link opens without errors, every task shows the correct due date, and each milestone appears in the right chronological position with the standard ClickUp milestone icon.
