We aim to design and develop a billing and invoicing application similar to “Fatoorah,” customized to meet specific operational needs. The application will enable businesses to create and manage electronic invoices easily and efficiently, integrating customer data and offering multiple payment and communication options

1. Create an Electronic Invoice:
• Generate a unique invoice number for each transaction.
• Record the type of invoice (Cash or Card, such as Mada network).
2. Link Invoice to Customer Data:
• Record customer’s ID number.
• Record customer’s mobile number.
• Record customer’s name.
3. Date and Time:
• Automatically insert the actual date and time of the invoice.
4. Service Details:
• Specify the type of service provided.
• Enter additional notes related to each invoice.
5. Payment Methods:
• Specify the payment method: Cash or Card (Mada).
6. Internal Database:
• Store all invoices and link them to customer data for future reference.
7. Convert Invoice to PDF Format:
• Automatically export the invoice as a ready-to-send or printable PDF file.
8. Send Invoice via WhatsApp:
• Send the invoice directly to the customer’s registered number, in two formats:
• As text (written content of the invoice).
• Or as a PDF file.
9. Direct Printing Capability:
• Print the invoice directly from within the program with a single click.
10. Invoice History Display:
• View all issued invoices, with filtering options based on:
• Customer’s name
• Mobile number
• Invoice date
• Payment method
