Skilled Winform Developer.

Looking for help finishing up this winform application. Application is in c# and hosted on git. Application talks to a sql server on azure. Applicant must have experience working with winform applications, user controls, sql server. I am looking for an expert that know the tablelayoutpanel and flowlayoutpanel very well and is very skilled in form design.
