I am seeking a skilled freelancer with extensive experience in .NET Core and either Blazor or React to help develop a comprehensive Society Management App. This app will be built using a microservice-based architecture and is aimed at providing a seamless and efficient management solution for residential societies.
Project Overview:
The Society Management App aims to streamline various administrative and management tasks within a residential society. The project will be carried out in phases, with each feature treated as an individual milestone. The key features of the app will include:
Visitor Management
- Issue Tracking and Management
- File Storage and Management
- Classifieds: Buy/Sell/Rent Ads with society-level privacy options and the ability to make posts open to public viewing.
- Payment Options: Facilitate payments for maintenance, electricity bills, etc.
- Tenant Management
- Facility Booking
Initial Project Phases:
Phase 1 will include the following two milestones:
- Visitor Management: Track and manage visitors efficiently.
- Issue Tracking and Management: Log, track, and resolve issues within the society.
Subsequent phases will be determined based on priority, covering the remaining features.
Technical Skill Requirements:
- Proficiency in .NET Core.
- Experience with Blazor or React for frontend development.
- Strong understanding of microservice architecture.
- Experience with RESTful API development.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.

This project will include various security best practices to ensure the safety and integrity of the system. We will guide you on the best practices to be followed throughout the development process.
