Single page application website for RSVP

This application will be used to get the confirmation (or not) of joining a gender reveal event. It is a simple website, and it will contain only 3 different views or pages. The logic layer (backend) must be developed in C# (.NET) with a single database in SQL Server to save the confirmation and a couple more data gotten from the user. For the frontend we can use Angular, ASPX, Blazor or any framework that can be use with .NET
