Simple Windows App for Chatroom Logging

I'm looking for a straightforward Windows application that will accomplish the following tasks:

- Navigate to a specified URL and log in using a username and password.
- Monitor a chatroom-type interface outputting a continuous stream of text.
- Record this text and save it to a TXT file on the local machine.

Key Features:
- The app should prompt for manual retry in the event of a login failure or any errors.
- It should check for new text in the chatroom every second.
-does not need UI, can specify everything via CONFIG file
