Simple Restaurant Review Website in .NET 6 and Sql Server

Small restaurant review website (2 public pages, 3 admin pages, plus login pages). Users can enter reviews and also like other comments. Technologies I'd like: C#, MVC (no Blazor) .NET 6, Data layer: iBee.Dapper and SQL Server 2019 with Stored Procedures, Sql Server 2019, CSS: Bootstrap 5 (Can use the default when creating website in Visual Studio, or can be any simple, clean theme). No API needed. Sql Server backend. I have tables created, but not stored procedures. Specific requirements attached. The reason for the technology requirements is because I try to keep all projects using the same technologies. Thanks!
