Simple PDF/Images OCR c# app

Its simple web application than have imput http urls with (almost all) pdf inside table. App need to open pdf, ocr text writen in latin or cyrillic and put results in same row as url, bust anouther colum in sql server db. It no mather how many files url inside table, app must work fluid, without crashs. You can use free or paid class for extaction of text, just to work normaly without restrictions. it will be olso one row with flag 1/0, so app know what pdf is done and what need to be extracted, so when we stop proces, to be ablle to continue from place there is stoped. Use standard .aspx, .aspx.cs principle. Simple call, just open aspx in browser and app begin with extraction. Little compiled demo is required before hiring right developer. Source code is necessarily before payment is released. I have great reputation as employer so dont wory as you know job. After job is taken, deadline is 2 days.
