C# Simple One Page WebScraper

Hi,
Looking for someone who can do webscraping.
I want a WPF c# application to be written that takes a youtube url and then displays this.
It will then click on the '...' for the video displayed (not all videos will have this).
It will then click on the 'Open Transcript' menu option.
I would then want the complete 'Transcript' window that shows time and text to be stored as properties within a TimeRecord (with property time offset, and display text).
and then for these to be displayed on the page in a textbox.
There should be a button toggle on and off the timestamps from the display in the textbox.
If you have done this before, please can you indicate how you will be doing the scraping.
