Simple .NET Server-Side Stripe Application and test website

I'm looking for a developer to create a straightforward .NET REST API server-side application utilizing Stripe in C#. The project entails creating a simple website that illustrates the transaction flow: from clicking the Checkout button, sending JSON data (cart_Number, username, user_id, amount, description), transitioning to the Stripe payment screen, and finally landing on a success page. A test Stripe account will be used for this purpose.

The success page should include:
- A basic confirmation message Success or Declined/Canceled.

The website design should adopt a minimalist style. No Bootstrap, just HTML, CSS, JavaScript to access the APIs. There's no need for user authentication during the checkout process; the application should be accessible for all without any login or signup requirements. No Database needed.
