SharePoint developer

Need a contract SharePoint Online developer to support Berkeley College’s Microsoft 365 cloud SharePoint environment.

The project is focused specifically on SharePoint development, including building, enhancing, and maintaining SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, pages, permissions, forms, workflows, and custom solutions. We are looking for someone experienced with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint Framework, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, APIs, and GitHub.

Responsibilities may include improving existing SharePoint sites, creating new SharePoint-based business solutions, troubleshooting permissions/configuration issues, developing custom SharePoint functionality, documenting work clearly, and handing off solutions to internal IT staff.

Experience with higher education, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or AI-assisted development tools is a plus. The ideal person should be able to work independently, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users, and deliver clean, maintainable SharePoint solutions.
