Setup Azure Function App from GIT Example

I'm looking to leverage this GIT project in my environment. I have trained models and blob storage etc configured. Field names will be different. I need remote screen sharing assistance to get it running. I'm based in Australia so will need to work close to work hours here. Work to commence ASAP by the hour.
