Set up Window application deployment with Inno setup tools with automatic check version for update .

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me in setting up a Windows application deployment using Inno Setup tools. The project requires the following:

Programming Language: C#

Inno Setup Scripts: I do not have any existing scripts or configurations for Inno Setup. The freelancer will need to create the scripts from scratch.

Version Control: Manual version control is required for future updates.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Proficiency in C# programming language
