Set up Sharepoint Intranet

I have a small business and want to set up a Procedure and Operations Manual using Sharepoint as an Intranet.

We use MS 365 and Teams for communications and looking at some SharePoint examples feel this might be the best Platform.

I am initially looking for someone to do the set-up and layout, we will add content as we move forward.
